Lawrence C. Kasmen brings his expertise in the practice of law to the arena of land development and residential construction. For 15 years, Lawrence provided legal counsel to developers, builders, commercial lenders, investors and purchasersin all aspects of real estate and corporate law. With this knowledge and experience, Lawrence is able to effectively manage daily business operations for Highlight Homes and at the same time, ensure compliance at every level.

Lawrence is a past Chairman of the City of Atlanta Board of Ethics and a three term President of the Brookwood Place Homeowner's Association. Lawrence remains actively involved in civic life as a member of the Atlanta and Georgia Bar Associations and serves on the host committee of “The Many Lives You've Touched” annual fundraiser for the Georgia Transplant Foundation.

Anthony F. Pourhassan
Principal

Anthony F. Pourhassan is a successful business executive with expertise in land development, residential and commercial construction, project management, strategic land planning and multi-site supervision.

Since 1990, Tony has built more than 288 single-family detached homes and 118 townhomes and has supervised or played an instrumental role in the development of 1,088 lots spread across 9 major projects. By placing emphasis on effective time management, honesty and fair dealing, Tony is able to address customers' needs promptly and efficiently.

David J. Moore
Project Superintendent and Customer Relationship Manager
 
With over 20 years in the construction industry, David J. Moore is experienced in the management and coordination of all types of residential and commercial construction projects. David brings to Highlight Homes a stellar track record of completing projects on time with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction. Since 1997, David has completed and closed on more than 80 single-family and town homes garnering for his employers some of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the Southeast.
 
David spends his free time enjoying and preserving the outdoors as a member of the Southern Off Road Bicycling Association and the International Mountain Biking Association.

Jeffrey W. Reddick
Project Superintendent and Customer Relationship Manager
 
Jeff is a service-minded project manager raised in a building and development environment.  His experience in the industry started at a very young age and became his career after college.  After receiving a degree in Business from the University of Mississippi, Jeff immediately began work as a superintendent for a metro Atlanta home builder.  Since then, he has overseen and managed the construction of over 100 single family homes which range from starter homes to million dollar custom homes.  Jeff is a detail oriented, time sensitive individual and his commitment to building the highest quality homes makes him a tremendous asset to the Highlight Homes team.

Cristina Buenaventura
Office Manager

Cristina comes to Highlight Homes from Bogota, Colombia where she received her graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and training as an internal auditor to evaluate quality systems.  With an extensive background in the development and construction industries, Cristina is an invaluable asset to the company, ensuring that customer service is second to none.  Her diligence and organization keep the company running efficiently.  Cristina recently obtained her real estate license and is actively involved in the decision-making process to provide a final product that suits our customers' needs.
