Minor additions & alterations (projects under $25,000) in owner-occupied properties are leading the way, with major additions & alterations and maintenance & repair projects following closely behind. The key future market indicator is calls for bids showing the promise of work from potential clients, as well as work committed for the next three months in owner-occupied properties.
